KIDS BIKE PARADE FOR AMERICA 250

Saturday, July 18, 2026, 9:30am

PARADE

Children aged 2-12 are invited to join in the America 250 parade. Participants may walk or ride their bike (no E-bikes) and are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue and decorate their bikes. Parents may accompany their younger children. Strollers and wagons are welcome too! The parade will line up by Jack Rabbit Lane, beginning at 9:30am and will go through the Park over to the Event Stage for the Opening Ceremony.

To assist with planning, we ask that all Parade participants register through the Stratham Rec Desk. You will receive a Summerfest sticker to wear during  the parade. 

LINE UP

Parents should park in the field by Jack Rabbit Lane and walk their children and bikes back to the entrance to the park to the Jack Rabbit entrance, where they will line up for the parade. Volunteers will be on hand to assist with line up. Parents may walk with their younger children in the parade. 

PARADE ROUTE

The parade will begin at 10:00 am. Children will walk or (slowly) ride their bikes through the Park over to the main stage where opening ceremonies will take place. Volunteers will lead the parade. 

Summerfest is proudly hosted by Stratham Fire Department, Stratham Police Department, Stratham Parks & Recreation Department, Stratham Department of Public Works, and Rockingham County 4-H.
